Άρθρο 26 [απαγόρευση σχετικά με την προετοιμασία για πόλεμο επιθετικότητας]
(1) πράξεις που τείνουν να και να αναλάβουν με πρόθεση να διαταράξουν τις ειρηνικές σχέσεις μεταξύ των Εθνών, ιδίως για την προετοιμασία για έναν πόλεμο επιθετικότητας, είναι αντισυνταγματικές. Πρέπει να γίνει ποινικό αδίκημα.

(2) τα όπλα που έχουν σχεδιαστεί για πόλεμο μπορεί και πρέπει να κατασκευάζονται, να μεταφέρονται ή να διατίθενται στο εμπόριο μόνο με την άδεια της ομοσπονδιακής κυβέρνησης. Λεπτομέρειες θα ρυθμίζονται από ένα ομοσπονδιακό νόμο.
